All caregivers who are registered at Family Choice Home Care work as independent contractors and are not employed directly by Family Choice Home Care.
You are required to purchase your own professional liability insurance as well as have a criminal background check done which is payed for by you.
We accept applicants for interviews Monday through Friday 9am-3pm

* 2 forms of identification
* 2 recent work references
* Copies of any applicable certifications or licenses
